Cancellation Policy

1. Project Cancellation

Clients may request to cancel a construction project by providing written notice to AR Construction. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7–14 days before scheduled project commencement, depending on contract terms.

2. Work in Progress

If a project is canceled after work has started, the client will be responsible for payment of all completed work, materials purchased, and any administrative or labor costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on project stage and expenses already incurred. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has begun.

4. Material Orders

Any custom materials ordered specifically for your project are non-refundable once purchased from suppliers.

5. Force Majeure

AR Construction is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions.
