AR Construction is committed to providing high-quality residential construction services. Due to the nature of construction work, our refund policy is outlined clearly to ensure transparency and fairness.

2. Deposits & Payments

All project deposits and payments made to AR Construction are used to secure materials, labor, and project scheduling. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work planning or material procurement has begun.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • If a project is canceled before any work or material purchase has started
  • If AR Construction is unable to begin or complete the agreed project
  • Any refund request must be reviewed and approved by management

4. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed work or partially completed stages of construction
  • Purchased materials or custom orders
  • Work already scheduled and assigned to labor teams

5. Project Cancellation

If a client wishes to cancel a project, written notice must be provided. Any eligible refund will be calculated based on work completed, materials used, and administrative costs.

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

7. Changes to This Policy
